July–September Residential Park Home Promotion – Terms and Conditions
Promotion Period: The promotion is valid for deposits paid between 16th July 2025 and 30th September 2025, inclusive.
Offer Details:
Eligible purchasers will receive 12 months of site fees free of charge, covered by EKOS Group, when a deposit is paid on a residential park home at any of the following EKOS Group parks:- Walworth Castle Park
- Castle View Court
- Outhill View
- Haveringland Hall
- Dales View
- Harvey’s Nurseries
- Coastal Retreat
- Harvey’s Nurseries
- Merry Hill
- Sun Valley
To Qualify:
- A deposit must be paid in full between 16th July 2025 and 30th September 2025.
- The promotion applies only to new residential park home purchases.
- The purchaser must be aged 45 or over (50 or over at Walworth Castle Park).
- The park home must be located in one of the specified EKOS Group parks.
- The park home purchase must be completed and the purchaser must move in by 31st December 2025.
Site Fee Coverage:
- EKOS Group will cover 100% of the site (pitch) fees for 12 consecutive months from the date of legal completion.
- The offer does not cover utility bills, council tax, or other ancillary costs.
- Site fee coverage will be administered directly by EKOS Group and detailed in the purchaser’s final contract.
- This offer is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.
The Promotion:
- Cannot be used in conjunction with any other EKOS Group promotion.
- Is not available to existing EKOS Group park home residents or employees.
- Cannot be claimed retrospectively for deposits paid before 16th July 2025.
Liability:
- EKOS Group is not responsible for changes in site fee structures beyond the promotional period.
- EKOS Group accepts no liability for any other costs, services, or delays associated with the move-in process.
General:
- EKOS Group reserves the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time without prior notice.
- Participation in this promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
